Almonds Water Granulated Sugar Vanilla Extract Cinnamon
Add the water, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon to a large pan. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Once the mixture thickens and begins to bubble, you can add the almonds to the pan.
Turn down the heat and allow the mixture to simmer for about 6-8 minutes until the water evaporates. Keep stirring regularily.
Once the water is gone and almonds are coated in the sugar mixture, remove the pan from heat.
Remove the almonds from the pan and place the on parchment paper to cool. Gently separate them with a fork.
You can enjoy the candied almonds warm or cold. Serve them in a paper cone for the authentic market experience!
