If you like pizza, you should try this North Macedonian Pizza known as Pastrmajlija. Made with seasoned pork, egg, and homemade dough, it's great for dinner!

What You'll Need

All-purpose Flour Instant Yeast Granulated Sugar Salt & Olive Oil Lukewarm Water Eggs & Pork Chops Paprika & Chili Flakes Black Pepper

First, add the flour, sugar, salt and instant yeast to a large bowl and whisk.

Next, add the water and oil and knead with your hands or the dough hooks of your mixer. Shape into a ball, cover, and place in a warm spot for 1 hour.

While you wait, add the pork cubes to a bowl and mix with the paprika, chili flakes, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.

Once risen, lightly flour your work surface and cut the dough into two equal parts.

Roll out each dough ball into an oval shape and fold over the edges to create a "boat" shape. Place them on a baking sheet.

Add the seasoned pork, and brush the edges with egg wash. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, then crack 1-2 eggs on top of each pizza.

Bake for another 5-8 minutes or until the meat is cooked and the egg is almost set. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
