These Mini Dutch Pancakes - known as Poffertjes - are light, crispy, and deliciously sweet. Made with a simple batter, you'll need a special pan but it's worth it!
All-Purpose Flour Milk Eggs Baking Powder Salt Powdered Sugar Butter
In a large bowl, add the flour, salt, and baking powder and whisk them together.
Next, whisk the milk and eggs into the dry ingredients until the batter is smooth without lumps.
Spray the poffertjes pan with non-stick spray, heat over medium heat, and add batter to each of the wells.
Cook the batter for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip them over and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes until cooked through.
Repeat with all the batter, then serve the hot poffertjes with powdered sugar and some butter. Enjoy!
